Lets get the winter corrosion off the wings on Easter weekend Saturday April the 23rd. Brandon Flying Club is having a fly out to the Virden Regional Airport. (CYVD) We will depart from Brandon Airport at 10:00 am as a group so lets be there for 9:30 am to get organized. For those who wish to depart from other airports we plan to meet at the Virden Airport at 10:30 am. Transportation will be provided to the Central Hotel for Brunch at 11:00 am.
Please be sure to watch out for the Easter Bunny on take offs and landings, I hear he isn’t getting any younger and doesn’t move as fast as he used to !!!

Recurrency Training Seminar

The Brandon Flying Club will be hosting a Pilot informational Meeting on Thursday November 25 at 7:00pm at the flying club. The instructor in attendance will be Charles Mund.
Some of the topics he will be discussing are:
-Pilot recurrency
-New aviation document booklet
-Brandon control zone radio communications procedures and circuit procedures
The fee for this course will be 10 for members and 15 for non-members.
Coffee and doughnuts/muffins will be served.
